Mouse Utils
Four mouse productivity features in a single module: find your cursor with a spotlight effect, visualize clicks with highlight rings, overlay persistent crosshairs, and wrap the cursor across screen edges.
Features Overview
Mouse Utils bundles four small features. Each one can be turned on or off independently from settings.
Find My Mouse
Lost your cursor on a big screen or across multiple displays? Double-tap ⌃ (Control), or just shake the mouse, and a spotlight effect dims the rest of the screen and points right at it. Move the mouse or click to dismiss.
Highlighter
A colored circle pops up wherever you click and fades out smoothly. Left and right clicks can use different colors. Great for screen recordings, demos, and presentations where you want viewers to follow along.
Crosshairs
Draws a crosshair that follows your cursor everywhere, with a small gap around the middle so it doesn't cover what you're clicking. Useful for pixel-perfect alignment or showing exactly where you're looking during a demo. Set Show Crosshairs in settings to have it on automatically when ProToys starts.
Cursor Wrap
When the cursor reaches any edge of the screen, it teleports to the opposite edge. Useful for unlimited scrolling on large design canvases or for users who prefer a continuous pointer space.
Works across all connected displays — reaching the right edge of your rightmost screen wraps to the left edge of your leftmost screen.
